Corporate Group Discount Package: Groups of five or more delegates from the same firm who register will receive a discounted rate of US$500 per delegate. The corporate group rate cannot be combined with other promotional rates and discounts.

Payment is due at time of registration. Forms received without payment will be confirmed on a space-available basis when payment is received. We accept credit cards (Visa / MasterCard / American Express) as payment. Please contact us for details about paying via check or wire transfer. All fees are payable in U.S. funds. Attendance is limited. Please register early.

Your Registration Fee Includes: Continental breakfast, networking refreshment breaks, lunches, gala reception and dinner with investment colleagues and speakers from around the world, and post-conference access to presentation materials online.

Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of US$150 applies for all cancellations. No refunds will be issued for any cancellations received within 24 hours of program start. Substitutions from the same company are accepted with fee adjustment, if appropriate. Sharing of registrations is not permitted.

For corporate groups, if a cancellation brings a group’s delegate count below five and a substitute is not available, regular rates will apply to the remaining delegates and all cancellation fees and deadlines above will be applicable.

Hotel Information:
CFA Institute has arranged for a special group rate at the conference venue. Reservations may be made using the “Reservations” links below; if calling in, please refer to the 2016 CFA Institute Middle East Investment Conference and quote Rate Code “MEIMEIA” when making your reservation to receive our special rates. Reservations should be made by 11 March 2016 to take advantage of the discounted rate. CFA Institute is only able to assist guests with reservations if they have booked their accommodations within the official CFA Institute room block.

The Group Room Rates are subject to 15% service charge and government levy currently at 5%, compounded at 20.75%. The guest room rates will be in effect for two (2) days prior and two (2) days following the conference, subject to availability.

Bahrain Entry Requirements: Any foreign visitor from outside of the GCC States wishing to visit Bahrain must have a valid passport and may require a visa. Please contact your hotel about arranging a visa prior to your arrival. For more information on entry requirements, please learn more from the Bahrain Visitor Information site.

In addition to reviewing entry requirements, you may wish to contact your embassy or consulate of Bahrain with additional questions.

Arrival in Bahrain: The Bahrain International Airport is located 14km (8.5 miles) east of the conference venue and is Bahrain’s only airport. The airport website offers information on flights, ground transportation, and other airport services.

Transportation from the airport to the city centre is always available. Taxis are on hand at the airport at the rate of around 15 BHD. The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain offers a charged airport transfer for guests staying at the hotel. Please contact the hotel (Tel: +973 1758 0000 ext. 6870 – Group Reservations) to reserve this service.

Health Information: All travelers should familiarize themselves with conditions at the destination that could affect their health (types of medical facilities, required immunizations, availability of required pharmaceuticals, etc.). CFA Institute CE Credit: The 2016 Middle East Investment Conference qualifies for 6 credit hours. The pre-conference workshop,  Quantifying Risk and Performance: A Consistent Framework for Risk, Performance, and Decision-Making, qualifies for 3.5 credit hours. For CFA Institute members, these credit hours will be updated automatically in your online CE Tracking auto-entry.
