H.E. Dr. Nabeel Koshak
Nabeel Koshak is CEO of Saudi Venture Capital Company. He is founder and chairman of Athaal and former founding dean of Prince Mohammad Bin Salman College of Business and Entrepreneurship at King Abdullah Economic City. Dr. Koshak is co-founder and vice chairman of Wadi Makkah Company’s board of directors and a board member of King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity and of Oqal’s Jeddah branch. He is an executive committee member of the King Faisal International Prize and a mentor at Flat6Labs Jeddah Startup Accelerator and Endeavor Saudi Arabia. Dr. Koshak was co-founder and director of King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology GIS Technology Innovation Center and co-founder and general supervisor of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Institute. He was co-founder and board chairman of the Transportation and Crowd Management Innovation Center. Dr. Koshak was an associate professor conducting research at the Hajj and Umrah Research Institute while teaching courses at the College of Engineering and Architecture at UQU. He earned a master of architecture from the University of Colorado and a PhD in computational design from Carnegie Mellon University. Dr. Koshak attended executive education programs at Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
